We offer complimentary consultations. Consultations are by appointment only.
When coming in for a consultation, please bring the following:
- A list of your floral needs. (ex... number of bouquets, corsages,
ceremony/reception flowers... etc...)
- Any pictures or ideas you may have for your wedding. This may include magazine pictures, a wedding you've been to, or a book. Or you may opt to have Romanza and it's team of designers work closely with you to design your perfect vision for your event.
- Overall theme for the wedding, colour theme(s), style of your dress
and colour, bridal party attire, style of the invitation... etc...
We realistically need as much info as possible to come up and design a custom floral & decor experience for you and your guests.
Because our flowers are affordable and custom, we tend to book up quite quickly. We only book one wedding per day with a maximum of 3 weddings or events per weekend.
In order to formally book with us, a 50% non refundable deposit is required. Pricing is all custom tailored and all depends on the bride and groom and the feel and ambiance they wish to create for the wedding.
Remaining balances must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.
Ideally, we like to book weddings and events at least 3-9 months in advance. However, circumstances may not always allow this luxury time frame. We are always open to spur of the moment weddings and events or surprize weddings as long as we are available for the date.
