We cater to everyone! From small intimate affairs to exquisite grand
galas, we do it all! We are passionate about creating romantic
wedding and event flowers and décor at affordable prices.
Our success is based on friendly, personalized, and affordable
service. Our goal is to capture our every couple's vision through their
flowers and décor. We use only the freshest and highest quality
flowers available, buying only from reputable wholesalers.
We offer complimentary consultations. Consultations are by
appointment only.
When coming in for a consultation, please bring the following:
- A list of your floral & décor needs. (Ex...number of bouquets,
corsages, boutonnieres, reception/ceremony arrangements... Etc.)
- Any pictures or ideas you may have for your wedding. This may
include magazine clippings, pictures from a wedding you've been to
or from a book. OR... You may opt to have Romanza and it's
team of designers work closely with you to design the perfect vision
for your event.
- The overall theme for the event, colour theme(s), style of your dress
and colour, bridal party attire, style of invitation, etc...
We realistically need as much time as possible to come up and
design a custom floral and décor experience for you and your guests.
Because our flowers are affordable and custom, we tend to book up
quite quickly. We only book one wedding per day with a maximum of
3 weddings or events per weekend.
In order to formally book with us, a 50% non refundable deposit is
required. Pricing is all custom tailored and all depends on the client
and the feel and ambiance they wish to create for the event.
Remaining balances must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event, 3
weeks if paying by cheque.
Ideally, we like to book weddings and events at least 3-9 months in
advance. However, circumstances may not always allow this luxury
time frame. We are always open to spur of the moment weddings and
events or surprise weddings as long as we are available for the date.
